Sacramento this is a call to action!! Frank Lugo is a good friend of mine who has been supporting my career and this radio station for years. His family recently fell upon an unspeakable tragedy. Franks niece was killed in a murder/suicide by her husband. Frank and his wife, being the stand up people they are, adopted all 5 of her children left behind. Frank and his family could really use our help. I know times are tight and I know the economy is hurting all of us but if we all donated a few dollars that would go a very long way in helping this family put there lives back together.

I took a quick trip to Los Angeles to watch Kara and the Sacramento Monarchs get beat up by the Los Angeles Sparks. Not exactly the “Welcome Back” moment I was hoping for but that’s okay. They spotlighted Kara and our experiences in Beijing for the 2008 Olympics. Here’s the halftime segment they did with the two of us.
